Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for over ten decades. She was a member as captain of both the US Olympic women's gymnastics team Final Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). In the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold both on the floor for the team and in individual competitions. The bronze was won through the balance bar. In 2012 she was the first American athlete to win the most number of medals at the Olympics. Her gold medal in the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold for the United States team. She was, and teammates Gabby and Gabby one of the very first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Additionally, she won silver in individual all around and floor exercises. The break was for three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. In addition, she was a member two world championship gold teams. Aly began gymnastics lessons at age 2 and loves floor exercise. Aly gives towards the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in memory of her deceased grandmother. She is planning to pursue a career in fashion and is looking to increase her leotard line and socks in future. She is writing a book called Fierce which will come out at the end of this year.
